Broad, well defines shoulders are more than just the deltoid. Development of the surrounding musculature such as the neck, traps and upper pecs are essential to creating visually large appealing shoulders.
This twice a week, 12- week program will help build the size and separation needed to have great shoulders. Built as an integrative template, the athlete can manipulate their volume, loads and exercises within set parameters. This format allows guidance but variation as the athlete develops. The first 6 weeks provide more structure while the last 6 weeks provide more flexibility.
