These case studies represent actual cases we have seen in our clinic. The goal with posting them is to provide insight for other clinicians on how we manage these cases which were non or poor responders to care prior to our interventions.
This most recent case describes the corrective exercise management of a 38 year old female utilizing the NASM’s corrective exercise template. Although very detailed and isolating, this program proved positive outcomes with the involved individual and help break some mental barriers to training. Overall the program improved both mental and physical outcomes and was deemed a success.
