Are you a first time gym goer or looking to get fit for the first time? This is the template for you. Built around the ACSM Guidelines for exercise prescription, this template is sure to get you on the road to the body you want.
The functional fitness integrative template allows for individual exercise selection along with variable set and rep selection. A total 12 week program begins with two full body days and 1 aerobic day for the first 6 weeks then progresses to a push / pull / aerobic protocol or the last 6 weeks.
Clients will be able to select equipment based on what their have available with plenty of options and guidance.
